Our founders Woira Stephen and Walusaga Emmanuel grew up in a community where access to education, healthcare and economic opportunities was limited ,especially for children and women .seeing these inequalities firsthand inspired them to create an organization dedicated to breaking down these barriers and offering every individual a chance at a better life.
Support children in extreme need
Make the world safer for women
Our Mission
To improve the lives of women and children through economic empowerment, education and advocacy for human rights.
Driven by this vision, they founded the W & E Woman and Children’s Foundation to help break down the barriers that prevent individuals and families from reaching their full potential.
Today, our work is rooted in empowering women, protecting and nurturing children, strengthening families, and supporting communities to create lasting, positive change. We believe that sustainable transformation happens when communities are listened to, empowered, and given the tools and opportunities to shape their own future.
Our journey is guided by a simple but powerful belief: when we invest in women and children, we invest in the future of our communities.
Together with the communities we serve, we are working toward a future where every woman and child has the opportunity to learn, thrive, and build a better life.
